Balance, Catalysts and Pattern Changing

The Balance of the Mind, Body and Soul  is extremely important in order to live a complete, full life, and as such should be viewed as a whole.  The balance of these three in harmony produces a happy, well- balanced person, able to cope with life and adjust to all external influences.

In the world we live today, we almost daily see how the balance of nature can be affected in so many forms, a small spark igniting a big explosion, or a tiny flaw in a rock producing a weakness causing a volcano to erupt, or an earthquake to occur.    These are all termed as Natural Disasters, but essentially were all caused by a build up, or blockages which were all ignited by a catalyst.

Just as it takes a catalyst in nature to start the ball rolling, this also applies within the human body.   Catalysts affect change in our lives without changing their own state. They bombard us, constantly, and it is our ability to adapt to these catalysts which make us stronger, and more able to adapt to the world we live in today.  We exist in a body which acts just as nature does, constantly adjusting to its environment, and if not in balance, it erupts causing illness - causing a dis-ease within the body.  The ability for the human body to adjust - ie Sink or Swim in these circumstances is quite remarkable.

Whilst adapting to this constant bombardment of change, we learn to recognise patterns - to change our viewpoint to constantly repeated situations, because we are forced to focus on them.  It is by recognising that when we are 'slowed down' by illness - it is our time to focus our attention on what could be affecting and causing the body to react as it does.

It seems that the wider we look the more amazing our bodies appear, they are all unique and individual, and have their own routines and patterns of behaviour, we just have to recognise what is right for us on an individual basis, for our bodies, our minds and our souls and, as with nature, nothing is ever as simple as it looks!
